Do members need to create an account?
No. Members just get a payment link — no sign-up, no app to download, and no password to remember. They pay you directly and you see it tracked instantly.
How do members pay me?
Members can pay you directly through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal with zero fees from GetDues — the money goes straight to your account, not through us. On Pro you can also connect Stripe to accept credit card and ACH payments; standard Stripe processing fees apply, with no markup from GetDues.
Is my team's data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, every account is isolated with row-level security so you only ever see your own groups, and we never sell your members' information to third parties.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
